About Nabilla Sharil
Nabilla is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and registered Yoga instructor. Formerly a Management Consultant with a global consulting firm, Nabilla left her role as a Change Management Consultant in early 2014 and founded Mind Body Breath, a holistic wellness approach through yoga, mindfulness and nutrition.
She has shared some of her thoughts and opinion on health & well-being in Malaysia through her writing featured in The Malay Mail, interviews with Her World magazine as well as her own blog. When she is not on her yoga mat practicing or teaching, she coaches her clients on fun but practical ways to eat well and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
